Our solidarity challenge
At MartiDerm, we want to get everyone in our community involved in the spirit of solidarity.
For that very reason, some 10 years ago, our hand cream was developed as a solidarity product for which 100% of its profits would be dedicated to social projects.
We want you to take care of your hands and, in doing so, take care of other people:
For every 3.3 hand creams sold, we help 1 elderly person by providing a set of dermatological products as well as training. Some 90% of our sales team engages in the training sessions, ensuring an integrated corporate volunteer experience.

Why a solidarity product?
Solidarity is founding value for us. To be able to help society, we decided to create a product whose profits would be entirely dedicated to solidarity initiatives..
What’s our solidarity product?
Our solidarity product serves two functions: it nourishes the skin and helps drive our solidarity action. We currently have two sizes:
- Hand Cream – 50 ml
- Intensive Hand Cream – 50 ml
What we’ve achieved
Since 2011, the social project Hands for Help has been taking care of elderly individuals. We’ve spent the last 8 years collaborating with the Red Cross Elderly Care Programme across Spain.
The result of this collaboration:
- More than 110,000 hand creams delivered
- More than 28,000 elderly individuals provided aid
- More than 100 in-person workshops and two training videos on dermatological care provided
